I am a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist based in The Brighton and Hove area, and am passionate about the power of healing through nutrition. I have been a registered Children's Nurse for 25 years, dedicated to caring for children and their families holistically. I completed my training with the College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM) in 2014, and I felt there were gaps in the traditional medical approach, much of our training incorporates the principles of functional medicine which is science and evidence based looking at underlying causes of symptoms; with increases in chronic disease, it is important to take a deeper, more individualised approach to healing; We are all unique beings with our own genetic makeup and microbiome, influencing how we process and detoxify food. My aim is to work with you and provide you with a realistic nutrition plan, unique to your needs to empower you on your path to improved health and wellbeing.
I am a member of the association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP) and regularly attend conferences and seminars to update and further my knowledge.
Initial Nutritional Therapy Consultations

In preparation for your first consultation you will be sent a pre-consultation questionnaire, which includes a 3 day food diary for you to complete. Your initial one to one consultation will take up to an hour and a half and will include a personalised nutrition plan. Consultations are completely confidential and take place in a supportive environment; zoom or skype is an option if you feel more comfortable with this. We will look at your medical history, current symptoms, medications, supplements and goals, working together to provide you with a realistic nutrition plan which may involve recommendations for further testing and supplements.
Follow up Nutritional Therapy Consultations
45 mins - £50
Follow ups are generally 4 to 6 weeks following your first consultation to monitor your progress and make necessary adjustments to keep you on track, empowering you on your path to health and wellbeing.

10 or 14 day liver cleanse
I run detox programmes online throughout the year as part of a group or on an individual basis online.The programme includes, webinar, medical symptoms questionnaire prior to detox, recipe planner, shopping list, high quality supplement to support liver and support throughout. When running group programmes you will have access to a private facebook group enabling participants to support one another. I also run this detox as part of a package alongside yoga teachers to incorporate yoga and meditation to support a deeper cleanse and lifestyle change.
